Volkmann has added the VS200-F1 to its line of high-performance conveyors in response to demand for an ultra-low-profile unit for vacuum conveying small volumes. The VS200-F1 also offers:
- Conveying capacities up to 500 pounds/hour.
- A new MX 360 vacuum pump that is capable of vacuum levels as low as 27 inches Hg, allowing for lean, dense or plug flow conditions.
- A unique full-bore discharge valve that is free from operating parts within the product stream.
- A quick-release QX style filter.
- Full modular construction in 316L stainless steel for a corrosion-free system.
- An 8-inch (dia.) full-bore body with just 16 inches of overall height.
- Ideal compatibility with granular products.
- Compliance with ATEX certification for use in explosion-proof areas.
