The MT3809 VA meter, the newest version of Brooks Instrument metal tube VA meter (rotameter), has been designed to perform effectively in extreme conditions, particularly for chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas and LP (liquefied petroleum gas) applications. It operates across a wide range of operating temperatures - from -198° C to 420° C - and pressures up to 1380 bar (20,000 psi). The meter is constructed with stainless steel components for measuring a variety of gas, liquid and steam applications. They have explosion-proof housings and are cUL and cCSAus certified and ATEX compliant. The meters are easy to install or retrofit into existing systems.
