Business Software Available Subscription-Free To U.S. Manufacturers

Exact has announced that eligible U.S. manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and accountants can participate in its limited release program, offered through Exact Online, subscription-free through the end of 2013.

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Exact, the business software partner for small business manufacturers and wholesale distributors, has announced that eligible U.S. manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and accountants can participate in its limited release program, offered through Exact Online, subscription-free through the end of 2013. Businesses can access the cloud-based software to streamline tasks such as logistics, CRM, production and inventory management to bridge the gap between financial software and manufacturing/wholesale distribution processes.

Exact’s cloud-based software integrates with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop to enable modern manufacturing and wholesale distribution. The software is ideal for small businesses that manage business processes in-house, including accounting, and for accountants who recommend/deploy software to help manage their clients. Businesses already enrolled in the limited release program include: MLR PackagingAdvantage Precision Plastics Inc., Dillaman Mold & Manufacturing and Coastal Accounting & Tax.

“We are filling a major need among small manufacturers, wholesale distributors and their accounting partners, many of which are currently using disparate systems, static Excel documents and scraps of paper to manage their businesses,” said Steve Leavitt, GM of U.S. Cloud Solutions at Exact. “Exact Online is cloud-based software that automates business processes, integrates with financial data and is easy to adopt. We truly believe our solution can transform business operations, and to prove this, we’ve created this limited release, which comes with our commitment to help each of the participants get up and running.”

“As a small business owner, I have my hands in pretty much anything from sales, design and machining to shipping and the book work,” said Chad Dillaman, owner, Dillaman Mold & Manufacturing. “With Exact Online, all of these processes are streamlined and integrated with my financial information, giving me valuable insight into how my business is performing, not to mention giving me the flexibility to manage all of this on the road. It’s already easy to see how the efficiencies gained and profits allowed from this software will far surpass the reasonable monthly subscription we’ll pay.”

Eligible businesses/firms can participate in the limited release program subscription-free through the end of 2013. To inquire about the program, please visit www.exactonline.com. The full release of Exact Online’s cloud-based software solution is expected to be available in the fall of this year.
