With the recent merger between two of the largest mist eliminator manufacturers, the new ACS-AMISTCO now offers customers a better selection, more manufacturing capacity and an expanded customer support group. Mist eliminators or mist extractors increase separation efficiency and remove liquid entrainment conditions in a wide range of industries, including oil and gas production, processing, refining, chemicals, power generation, and pulp and paper. According to the company, moreover, properly designed mist eliminators can increase efficiency and capacity significantly, plus they are very cost-effective when used to debottleneck processes. More specifically, the company is providing:
- Standard mesh-type mist eliminators that are available in all metal alloy materials and plastics.
- Engineered designs, including the patented MisterMesh® and MaxCap™, which are available to debottleneck capacity for existing vessels, while new vessels can be designed with a smaller size in mind.
- High-performance vanes, including Plate-Pak™ and Multi-Pocket® vane packs, and the insertion-type Mistfix® mist eliminator, as well as numerous other mist eliminator technologies that come from a single manufacturer with double the production capacity and customer support.
