Iwaki America has expanded its MXM chemical-process, magnetic-drive pump line that comes standard with a full 2-year warranty. The company says that the fully armored chemical process pump also comes with:
- Flows to 165 GPM, heads to 146 feet and operating temperatures up to 221°F.
- Patented repeatable dry-run technology.
- Standard ETFE construction materials for cost-effective handling of the most aggressive chemistries.
- Sizes from 0.5 to 5 HP to provide increased hydraulic coverage for optimized selection.
- Carbon, high-purity alumina ceramic or alpha-sintered silicon carbide bearing systems to ensure process integrity.
- A compact, close-coupled design with modular construction and individually replaceable parts, allowing simplifying maintenance and lowering the cost of ownership.
- Suitability for chemical transfer, toting, mixing and blending, desalination, paper production, chlorination, fume scrubber, plating, refinery, metal pickling and water treatment applications.
