Dispense Works (McHenry, IL) has designed its Axis series automated filling systems, useful to fill grease or pastes into cavities and onto components with accurate and repeatable volumes. The system is self-contained, requiring no PC for operation, and is controlled through a menu-drive LCD interface, which requires no programming experience. The Axis series is a solution for low- to mid-volume applications and a good addition to an R&D lab. Containers are processed on pallets (two are included) so an operator can unload/load one pallet while the machine is filling the other, increasing production values.
