Industrial Identification Products

The rugged line of HF and UHF RFID readers designed for harsh operating environments has been expanded to allow customers more connectivity options and expanded read ranges, says the company.

Balluff’s (Florence, KY) diverse portfolio of industrial identification products has been strengthened with the addition of high-temperature High Frequency (HF) and Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) RFID tags. In addition, the rugged line of HF and UHF RFID readers designed for harsh operating environments has been expanded to allow Balluff customers more connectivity options and expanded read ranges, says the company. Balluff offers not only the entire spectrum of LF, HF, and UHF-RFID systems and components, but also a variety of stationary and handheld barcode readers which provide an economical traceability solution on a high technical level. When a clear line of site is available and information on the tag is minimal, barcode identification is a viable method of identifying objects and providing visibility into a process.
