KEEN Utility, a brand of KEEN, Inc. has unveiled its collection of lighter, faster and more colorful safety footwear styles for spring 2017. 

KEEN Utility Davenport

The Davenport is a medium-duty work boot with a lightweight design. It is 100 percent non-metallic by design offering asymmetrical composite safety toes which provide a roomier toe box for toes' natural flexion and nylon hardware making this fully capable and sporty industrial hiker a must-have for every tradesman.

The Davenport features nylon eyelets and hardware. The asymmetrical composite safety toes satisfy ASTM crush, impact and EH safety standards. Crafted with waterproof Nubuck leather and PU coated waterproof split suede, the boot also features a KEEN.Dry waterproof, breathable membrane that allows moisture out but never in and a KEEN.Grip oil and slip-resistant non-marking rubber outsole, which meets ASTM Mark II non-slip testing standards supporting traction and performance in slippery or wet conditions. 

A Cleansport NXT lining provides natural odor protection for the life of the boot while a PU midsole and dual-density EVA footbed provides lasting comfort and support.

In an effort to meet an increasing demand for more athletic and versatile safety footwear styles, KEEN Utility introduces the Asheville  ESD and Raleigh styles.

The Asheville ESD safety shoe is constructed with durable, abrasion-resistant mesh, providing the wearer with an athletic fit and feel. Perfect for electronics industries, the shoe features electro static dissipative technology, which reduces excess static electricity by redirecting charges from the body to the ground. Left and right asymmetrical aluminum toes offer lightweight ASTM-rated toe protection while a PU midsole and removable metatomical PU footbed, and an oil and slip-resistant non-marking PU outsole delivers all-day comfort and stability. The shoe also features toe and heel reflectivity as well as laces or locking bungee options. The shoe is also available is women’s specific style.

KEEN Utility Raleigh

Built with asymmetrical aluminum toes and lightweight construction, the Raleigh shoe is a must-have for light industrial or manufacturing jobs. This style features a PU midsole along with a metatomical PU footbed that contours to every inch of the foot for long-lasting all-day comfort. This safety sneaker offers an oil and slip-resistant non-marking PU outsole, a lace or locking bungee option and reflectivity.
