This week, Consumer Reports released the results of their latest Annual Reliability Survey. For the first time in three decades, one of Detroit’s Big 3 automakers are being represented in the top three with Buick listed at No. 3 behind Toyota at No. 2 and Lexus at No. 1.
The Consumer Reports Annually Reliability Survey is based on data gathered from subscribers to the publication who have “owned or leased over half a million vehicles, from model years 2000 to 2016, with a smattering of 20172, covering more than 300 models.”
In total, 29 brands were ranked in this year’s survey with eight brands listed at “More Reliable”, 10 brands listed at “Reliable” and 11 brands listed at “Less Reliable”. Check out the rankings below:
