Advanced Aseptic Technologies Tour
The IPS Advanced Aseptic Technologies Tour enables participants to meet suppliers and technology providers who significantly contribute to isolated filling technology and who continue to provide top solutions in today’s market. Tours are led by Sterling Kline, RA; Jerrod Shook and Paul Valerio of IPS.
Biomanufacturing Technologies Tour
Enabling technologies, single-use systems, flexible manufacturing and risk-based process development. The Biomanufacturing Industry today has evolved into a more rapid, efficiency-focused, cost conscious enterprise. This Tour showcases leading vendors leading the way in the development of new manufacturing tools that are crucial to a manufacturer being able to claim success. Tours are led by Jeff Odum, CPIP; Chuck Stock, CxA; Tom Piombino, PE and Peter Hanson of IPS.
Inspection & Packaging Technologies Tour
This Tour presents an overview of inspection, integrity testing and serialization technology that applies to new/future packaging operations or retrofit of existing lines within your manufacturing site. Each stop of the Tour provides you with an overview of methods and equipment to ensure you are compliant with the ever changing quality landscape. Tours are led by Len Pauzer, Tina Gushue and Will Ambrose of IPS.
Modular Construction Technologies Tour
Modularization is the design, construction and qualification of facility elements in discrete units at a location distant from the ultimate facility, and the integration of those elements, or modules, into the final facility at the site. Our Tour Leaders bring groups to leading vendors where they are provided with a brief presentation featuring new technologies, novel application and equipment innovation. Tours are led by John Gilroy, PE and Gene Martini, PE of IPS.
OSD Technologies Tour
Explore the basics of potent compounds, fire and explosion hazard prevention associated with Oral Solid Dosage Form equipment and manufacturing. Vendors will identify advancements in current technology and suggested operating procedures for the processing of potent and hazardous materials to minimize risk to the facility and operators. Tours are led by Sam Halaby and Mike Vileikis of IPS and Russ Somma, PhD of SommaTech.
