These systems provide optimum portion weight control and clean, accurate filling placement down the line. A rate of 45,000 deposits per hour is attainable on certain models. The C-Frame design enables the equipment to fit right into existing production lines to deposit fillings for a variety of products. The unique feed system uses a rotating spiral that gently moves the product to the rotary vane pump. Bridging and overworking are eliminated because the product neither is rolled nor tumbled. This provides excellent particle definition and piece identity in finished products. Deposit sizes up to 1 1/2” thick can be achieved.
