CDI engineers will support Sikorsky's military and commercial programs

CDI Corp. announced today that its CDI-Aerospace group has been selected by Sikorsky Aircraft to open an engineering design center in Montana beginning in early July.

CDI engineers in the new design center will perform targeted airframe and subsystem detail design activities to support anticipated growth in several Sikorsky military and commercial programs and related aftermarket services.

"We are excited about the opportunity to tap into the skilled labor force in the Bozeman area. Our goal is to create a first-rate center to provide not only the best value for Sikorsky Aircraft, but also to provide
a great environment for aerospace professionals to excel," said Joseph Cardile, Executive Vice President of CDI-Aerospace. "This city offers us a great physical environment but more importantly, due to the presence of Montana State University, it provides a strong engineering and science foundation. We are committed to the Bozeman area and we look forward to growing with our partner Sikorsky Aircraft."
