NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Goodman Manufacturing will expand its plant in Dayton, creating 200 new jobs.
State and company officials announced Tuesday that Goodman is investing $2 million in the plant in Rhea County, which makes commercial and light commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
Goodman Global Group, Inc. was acquired by Daikin Industries Ltd, based in Osaka, Japan. The parent corporation now has more than 49,000 employees worldwide.
