Rigid Lifelines (Morgantown, PA) has developed a Portable Monorail Fall Arrest System that delivers fixed-path fall protection. Completely portable using a forklift or optional steerable rolling chassis package, the system provides access to many vehicle types while offering fall protection coverage up to 30º off center. Ideal for workers up to 400 lbs when used with 900 MAF energy-absorbing lanyards, this system is a bolt-together design and requires no welding for assembly. The overall typical weight of the system is 13,800 lbs and options include non-pneumatic tires and leveling jacks.
