The product in-feed on the Cove SS-10 Slicer is 16″ wide by 8″ tall, allowing you to slice large, whole muscle cuts with ease. Flexible tooling allows you to change the desired slice thickness in a matter of minutes.
Our Cove SS-10 Slicer is USDA approved and requires no tools for breakdown or cleaning, making it extremely easy to clean with only a fraction of the parts of other slicers.
