The Cove FSD-19 Dicer was designed to provide quick and easy product dicing without the need for tempering. This model is fast, with dicing capacities of up to 2,000 pounds per hour.
The product in-feed on the Cove FSD-19 Dicer is 8″ wide by 3″ tall, allowing you to dice large, whole muscle cuts with ease. Various dicing thicknesses are available: 3mm to 50mm with custom sizes also available.
