Fullerton, CA – Now available on Laboratory-Equipment.com is the EUROSTAR 20 digital Overhead Stirrer manufactured by IKA. Effectively create emulsions and suspensions by mixing substances with viscosities up to 10,000 mPa. The overhead stirrer is durable and portable.
Speed automatically adjusts within the range of 30 to 2000 rpm, and is shown on the LED digital display. There is also a safety mechanism in place for sample overloads. The brushless DC motor is ideal for labs or cleanrooms where particle generation is detrimental to applications.
Slip-resistant stands create stability when homogenizing samples, and stirring elements are gripped by a keyless chuck for seamless change-outs. Strong clamps hold vessels in place during stirring cycles. A variety of stirrers are available, including propeller, spiral and blade, depending on sample types and the desired end result.
