High-Temperature Sterilizer

Glass beads serve to increase the heated surface area for efficient and fast sterilization. Micro Bead does not use gas, flame or chemicals, so is very safe for use in laboratories. The 5.5" x 5.7" footprint fits in any lab.
Temperature is controlled digitally, and is easily adjustable using a knob on the front panel, next to the large LED temperature display. Micro Bead has a temperature range of 100°C to 300°C (212°F to 572°F) and heats up to the maximum heat in 25 minutes. Typical decontamination time for forceps, scalpels, needles and other lab tools is 15 seconds. The sterilizer is safe to use all day; the outer casing stays cool, and an included cover can be placed over the opening to prevent heat loss, accidental touching, and wait times for re-heating.
Chamber diameter is just over 1.5". The two models of Micro Bead come with chamber heights of 3.2" (standard tools), or 5.5" (longer tools).
