On the CBS MoneyWatch now, a new round of tech layoffs and a historic blimp has made its maiden voyage. Jill Wagner is at the New York Stock Exchange with that and more. Good morning, Jill.

JILL WAGNER: Good morning, Anne-Marie. The markets finished higher on expectations that the Federal Reserve is not likely to raise interest rates in the near future. Minutes from the Fed`s last meeting show that governors were split on when to raise rates. The consensus on Wall Street, though, is that the Fed is in no rush.

The small bed will cost about a hundred and twenty-five bucks. The large will cost about two hundred and twenty-five. Casper says it`s actually more difficult to design a dog bed that`s because they`re rougher on mattresses and they have more sleep positions than humans. But can the bed actually get them to stay there? My dog always sleeps with me. Anne-Marie.

ANNE-MARIE GREEN: Yeah. Yeah. Mine too, so I don`t think so. Jill Wagner at the New York Stock Exchange. Thanks a lot, Jill.

Still to come, a baby stroller warning. We have more coming up after the break.

ADELE (internet video): (AUDIO CUT) shows is not something I want to do. And I`ve pushed through a lot of things but I`ve been trying to sing--

ANNE-MARIE GREEN: An apology from Adele posted to Twitter canceling last night`s Phoenix concert because of a cold. Well, she apologized.
