LEBANON, Pa. (AP) — A frozen baker company is building a new warehouse and production facility in central Pennsylvania that should create more than 100 new full-time jobs in the next three years.
Gov. Tom Wolf on Wednesday announced the plans for the Lebanon Valley Cold Storage and Distribution Center. It will be built on 22 acres in a business park in North Lebanon Township.
The first phase of the building is a refrigerated warehouse. Another area with at least three production lines will be built later.
Wolf says the company is spending $38.7 million to build the project, which should create 131 full-time jobs.
The project is receiving nearly $600,0000 in state grants, tax credits and other funding.
