CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Members of New Hampshire's Division of Economic Development are going to take part in the world's largest trade show for industrial technology.

It's called Hannover Messe and it's being held in Germany from Monday through Friday.

For the first time in the trade show's 69-year history, the United States is the featured country; President Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will open this year's event.

Carmen Lorentz, director of the division, says the New Hampshire reps are looking forward to meeting with global companies and talking to them about the state's favorable business climate, educated workforce and possible partnerships in key industry sectors, such as aerospace, defense and manufacturing.
