Wheeling, IL — DGI Supply, a DoALL Company, announced today that it has agreed to purchase Merwin-Stoltz. The transaction is expected to close on March 31st.
When reached for comment, Bill Henricks, Chief Operating Officer for DoALL Company, said “Merwin-Stoltz has built a reputation for providing a high level of service to its customers. They do this with a talented inside and outside sales team and a culture of caring which fit perfectly into DGI Supply’s strategic objectives.”
Merwin’s headquarters are located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. DGI plans to move its local customer service team and inventory from West Allis to Menomonee Falls shortly after the closing. With the inside and outside teams providing the same high level of service, this move creates an impressive presence in the local market.” Bob Stoltz and Greg Delander will remain with the company and join the DGI leadership team.
