High-Volume Screener

The MEGATEX XD™ Screener delivers highly accurate screening performance in a compact footprint. Designed to meet the demanding screening requirements of high-volume applications, the unit provides 25–50% higher capacity throughput and greater reliability than conventional screeners. The screener is ideal for a wide range of screening processes, including agriculture, plastics, and chemical applications. A unique elliptical linear motion provides unsurpassed screening performance with less downtime and lower energy consumption. The easily accessible external drive is a cartridge with two spherical roller bearings that run for 200,000 hours. It allows for maximum product recoveries at material temperatures up to 400°F (205°C).
