In 2011, Electrolux moved a factory from Webster City, Iowa to Mexico — taking 2,300 jobs with it. For a community of 8,000, the impact was severe. Now, they're looking to entrepreneurs like Jack Dorsey and tech tools like Square to help build up small businesses.
