VIDEO: Are Food Trucks Disrupting the Restaurant Industry?

A growing number of American streets are starting to accumulate food trucks. According to a study, 4,100 food trucks are now open for business in nearly 289 cities. For older and less mobile establishments, those numbers are hard to swallow.

Across the country, food trucks have become so successful that they may be disrupting the traditional restaurant business. Concerns over competition, safety and public health have divided cities on how best to regulate them. Mark Albert reports.
