The hinged panel permits these high-volume containers to replace smaller bins or totes in order to increase efficiency in picking, assembly, and other operations. According to the company, the panel’s construction minimizes bending and reaching inside the container, which can improve ergonomics for workers. In addition, the construction is rotationally molded in a single piece of 100 percent weatherproof polyethylene for the strength to deliver payloads up to 700 pounds.
