Signage Goes Sustainable

Brady (Milwaukee, WI) has introduced a line of three new sustainable materials for safety and traffic signage. The Sustainable Signs can help companies invest in โ€greenโ€œ programs, according to Brady, by using materials that are as durable as other products. The B-586 Paper Signs are made of 10 percent post-consumer waste and are 100 percent recyclable.

The Sustainable Signs can help companies invest in โ€greenโ€œ programs, according to Brady, by using materials that are as durable as other products. The B-586 Paper Signs are made of 10 percent post-consumer waste and are 100 percent recyclable. At 3.5mm thick, the signs are lightweight yet durable, and are available in sizes 10x14โ€ or 7x10โ€. The B-563 Plastic signs use 70 percent post-consumer waste and can hold up to industrial environments for three to five years. Finally, the B-558 Pressure Sensitive Signs are made from 20 percent pre-consumer waste and feature permanent adhesive backing.
