Decade Products (Grand Rapids, MI) has developed a 48x48 Fixed-Wall container, constructed of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) structural foam. The bins are strong, yet lightweight, and offer corrosion resistance. According to the company, they require virtually no maintenance. Unlike other types of containers, the Decade products meet USDA/HACCP standards for direct food contact. Finally, they are stackable up to 10 high, even when fully loaded.
