According to NewAge, the project was financed in part by a $1 million solar energy grant from Pennsylvania, plus additional federal incentives.

According to NewAge, the project was financed in part by a $1 million solar energy grant from Pennsylvania, plus additional federal incentives. The 4,000 solar panels were made in the U.S. by SolarWorld USA of Hillsboro, OR, and installed by California-based Borrego Solar Systems Inc.
