No. 911 from The Grieve Corporation (Round Lake, IL) is an electrically-heated, 500°F truck oven. With 30KW Nichrome wire tubular heating elements and a 2 HP recirculating blower, No. 911 features motorized dampers on the fresh air intake and exhaust for accelerated cooling. The truck oven also has an aluminized steel exterior, 4 inch thick insulated walls, and Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior with continuously backwelded seam construction. Two pairs of oven truck wheel guide tracks are built on top of the 2 inch insulated oven floor of the Grieve unit and a digital temperature controller, strip chart recorder, and SCR power controller are also included.
