The pumps are air-operated and electrically controlled. Their sanitary method of operation helps prevent contamination by microbes. Pumps can provide delicate handling of such products as whole strawberries, mixed vegetables, meat products or waste products. Units are vailable in 102mm (4”), 152mm (6”) and 203mm (8”) sizes, and require little or no water. They can handle solids up to 15.2 cm (6”) in diameter. The stainless-steel construction features only two moving parts and complies with all USDA requirements for sanitary food-and-beverage handling. Other features include:
