Conveyor with Improved Leg Support

Company recently improved the design of its leg supports for its DynaClean food conveyor systems.

Company recently improved the design of its leg supports for its DynaClean food conveyor systems. The redesigned leg supports are easy to clean and eliminate the possibility for hidden bacteria buildup in these sanitary conveyors. Company replaced the tubular leg support design with a one-dimensional design. The new one-dimensional design is manufactured to meet FDA, USDA, NSF and BISCC standards using 304 stainless steel. The design minimizes the number of welds needed and simplifies the cleaning and sanitizing process. In addition to the improved sanitary conveyor leg design, the food processing conveyor design offers other easy-to-clean features. Stand-offs and flange head bolts are used for easy cleaning access. The drum style motor is hermetically sealed and totally enclosed with no externally mounted bearings to clean, sanitize or maintain. Removable retaining walls offer easy access to the internal components of the conveyor with or without removal of the conveyor belt.
