The Practical Course on Texture Testing and Analysis provides attendees with the technical training they need to get the maximum value out of their texture analyzer. Hands-on exercises provide attendees with techniques, methods and industry knowledge. Principles of texture analysis, correlation to sensory perception, texture instrumentation and accessories are included. Attendees are encourage to bring product samples for testing and discussion. The course is offered at Company's facility in Middleboro, Mass. Arrangements can also be made to conduct the course at customers' facilities where content can be adapted to specific product applications.
