Material Transfer & Storage has custom designed the Material Master™ bulk bag/drum discharger with a bag break station, as well as:
- A heavy-duty Flo-Master™ breaker bar bulk bag-massaging system to promote product discharge.
- A bag break station with a drum docking port to allow the addition of materials.
- A Flo-Lock™ actuated discharge spout closure system to quickly halt material flow for partial bag discharge, permitting the bag to be re-tied and removed.
- A Sure-Seal™ pneumatic spout clamping system for dust-tight material discharge.
- A bag spout access chamber on the rear of the Seal-Master™.
- An integral bag dump station with dust take-off ports to connect to a dust filtration system.
- Dual hoists with motorized trolleys and a monorail system.
- Stainless steel product contact surfaces.
