InSite Solutions (Wake Forest, NC) has launched a new product, the Superior Mark, which is a floor marking tape that features beveed edges, a recessed adhesive, and is design to withstand the abusive environments of industrial facilities. The product is avaiable in pre-cut strips that allow for rapid installation, according to the company, by simply cleaning the floor with alcohol, and then peeling and sticking down three pieces of tape. It can be made in two- or four-inch widths, and any custom length. The company says Superior Mark can be used to comply with OSHA regulation 1910.303, which requires that the floor in front of electrical panels be kept clear for at least 36".
