(Buffalo, NY) is designed to fit all standard models offered by the manufacturers of roof hatches (e.g. Bilco, Babcock Davis, Nystrom, etc.), and can be installed by one person in less than 30 minutes. It uses fewer parts during assembly, as well as pre-built uprights and drop-in fittings to install the horizontal rails with ease. The system can be used for safe egress and ingress through roof hatches, and fall protection when a hatch is open. The railings affix to the hatch without penetrating the roof itself.
