A Tigard man is suspected of wounding his wife and another woman before turning the gun on himself.

Thirty-year-old Bradley Dean Ferris died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Tigard police say he had barricaded himself in the apartment he shared with his wife.

The shootings occurred Friday at the Bonita Villa Apartments.

Investigators say Ferris fired several rounds from a 12-gauge shotgun in the apartment, injuring his 34-year-old wife and a 34-year-old friend of a co-worker.

A fourth person, Ferris' co-worker, was present but not injured.

Tigard police detectives continue to investigate the incident.
