CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) -- Biovista said Tuesday it entered into a pilot research collaboration agreement with Pfizer Inc.
Financial details of the deal were undisclosed. The collaboration will focus on identifying new indications for a number of undisclosed Pfizer development candidates, using Biovista's technology.
Biovista is a privately held biotechnology company based in Charlottesville, Va.
Shares of Pfizer, based in New York, rose 5 cents to $17.11 in morning trading.
