NEW YORK (AP) -- Bottler Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., which completed the sale of its North American operations to Coca-Cola Co. earlier this month, said Monday that it elected Jan Bennink as a director, effective immediately.
Bennink, 54, was most recently CEO of Royal Numico, a baby food maker that is now owned by Danone Group. Before that, he was president of the dairy division of Danone Group.
Also, Fernando Aguirre, CEO of Chiquita Brands International Inc., will leave the board, effective Nov. 30.
