According to Mashable, Sam Adams has released a Facebook app will allow users to crowdsource their own brew. Users will be able to choose various characteristics, such as color, clarity, body, hops and malt. The choices that prove most popular will be utilized to craft a “collaborative ale” that will be brewed next month. Unfortunately, the beer won’t be made available nationwide; it will be sold in select bars in Austin during South by Southwest in March and at the company’s Boston brewery.
