Although Sam Adams is a big name in beer, it makes up only 1 percent of the American market. Boston Beer Company founder and CEO Jim Koch says his company still has "a long way to grow." He also described his company's corporate philanthropic program called Brewing the American Dream, which provides loans and advice to small businesses.
