Recently our team had a chance to travel to Woodridge, Illinois to visit the headquarters of a bio-based chemical company called Elevance Renewable Sciences. Elevance has many notable achievements under its belt including the development of a Nobel Prize winning catalytic technology. They’re also one of the companies behind the first world-scale biorefinery, which is located in Indonesia, and will be opening a new biorefinery in Mississippi.
