Unison Ltd recently announced that they will be exhibiting at TUBE — the International Tube and Pipe fair in Düsseldorf, Germany, April 16-20.
Unison Ltd will present its tube and pipe bending machinery, associated tooling, and software capabilities. At TUBE 2018, Unison Ltd will launch its innovative End Facing machine for tube and pipe — aptly referred to as the 'Swiss Army Knife' of end facing tools because it has multiple capabilities.

In addition to the new product, Unison Ltd will also showcase the new and improved EB1000, a manually operated three-axis CNC precision tube bending machine. New features include mechanical design improvements for increased reliability and ease of use. What once was a traditional design has now been brought up to date and includes compatibility with coordinate measuring machine’s (CMM’s) such as FARO measuring arms using bi-directional supravision software. The EB1000 is an ideal solution for small or complex tubes made from exotic materials typically found in motorsport, marine and aerospace components.
Unison Ltd will also have a 38 mm Breeze Twin Head tube bending machine on the stand which is specifically designed for the high-speed manufacture of symmetrical shapes in tube or square section. Applications include the production of parts for supermarket trolleys, wheelbarrows, furniture, and automotive parts.
Tube Düsseldorf takes place every two years in conjunction with the wire exhibition, the international trade fair for the wire and cable industry. Tube Düsseldorf is the world's leading exhibition for the pipe industry and is one of the most important showcases for all professionals manufacturing, processing and using pipes.
