evapEOs® process

evapEOs® Engineered Osmosis, the gentle alternative to evaporation, enables to concentrate any water-based liquids with negligible impact on the natural quality and at reduced production costs.

It has advantages over the standard process of:
• High levels on concentration (up to 65%TSS depending on the product)
• High recovery levels of natural product quality (aroma, flavour, colour...)
• Biological stability of components (vitamins, antioxidants, proteins...)
• Low energy consumption leading to a low-cost operation and an eco-friendly process

This novel process allow to develop new high valued-added concentrates from juices, extracts or milks, and to reduce operating costs as well as transport costs.
