Ovenable Bag for Poultry

Available in widths from 8 to 16 inches, the Oven Ease™ bag allows pre-seasoned poultry items to be cooked inside the same material they are packaged in, reducing prep-time, clean-up time and, in some cases, cooking time. The convenient ovenable package features exceptional clarity and can be used with cook-from-raw or reheat applications. Withstanding temperatures of up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours or 375 degrees Fahrenheit for four hours, Oven Ease™ bags can cook a whole roaster in an hour and a half. In addition to the convenience-related consumer benefits, Oven Ease™ bags run on existing rotary chamber systems, offering an easy changeover for processors.
