Plastic Pallet Molding System

Plastic Pallet Molding System uses stack mold technology to increase production at a lower investment and with decreased floor space, utilities and labor. Models operate with a single stack injection mold and are capable of producing between 450,000 and 900,000 single deck nestable pallets or 225,000 to 450,000 double deck two-piece pallets per year.

Plastic Pallet Molding System uses stack mold technology to increase production at a lower investment and with decreased floor space, utilities and labor. Models operate with a single stack injection mold and are capable of producing between 450,000 and 900,000 single deck nestable pallets or 225,000 to 450,000 double deck two-piece pallets per year. The product is capable of processing 100 percent recycled material. Other features include:

  • Fully automated system using the structural foam injection method
  • Robotic pallet removal, conveying or stacking
  • Nitrogen generation equipment for foaming the plastic to lower density
  • 4-component plastic raw material blending/loading equipment
  • Mold chillers
