The C3530 modular components can be tailored to specific manufacturer applications and can be easily changed as requirements change. As one of the new generation C3000 checkweigher systems, it features improved weighing accuracy and higher throughput, delivers a weighing range of up to 10 kg and allows food manufacturers to inspect products at higher production line speeds. This results in increased overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
The C3530 is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum and incorporates support tube construction for maximum strength and support. It also incorporates the METTLER TOLEDO EMFR (Electromagnetic Force Restoration) Weigh Cell Technology, and uses servo-controlled conveyors for precise speed control. It also features stainless steel cable routing trays and four unique conveyor types to suit any application.
Optional features available include infeed timing and spacing conveyors and infeed and outfeed side grip conveyors, choice of air jet or pusher rejectors, a swing gate and lockable reject bins.
The C3530 includes the XE Weighing Controller, which features a 7-inch color touch screen interface and a Windows PC with an embedded operating system and a 100-product memory. Optional XE features include five weight classification zones and an expanded 200-product memory, as well as a PackML status screen and a ProdX Inspect ProSync device interface.
The C3530 open frame design promotes quick, thorough inspection and easy cleaning, and a reduced number of wear parts mean more reliable production, reduced down time, faster ROI, and lower TCO over the life of the system.
