The new Beltweigh XC combichecker is an affordable yet rugged and reliable checkweigher with a compact footprint that incorporates an integrated metal detector. It is ideal for users introducing product inspection into their production processes for the first time as well as those already employing checkweighing and metal detection who want to reduce space requirements while increasing capacity with an economical integrated solution. The 2-belt Beltweigh XC requires only 23 inches (570 mm) of valuable line space, making it ideal for existing production lines where space is limited. The integrated XC control is mounted to the front of the system. The low-profile user interface means the operator does not have to reach across the conveyor, keeping both the operator and products safer while allowing maintenance to be performed from one side of the machine. Constructed on an all-welded, stainless steel frame, the Beltweigh XC combichecker is rugged and ready for food and other wet applications. The welded frame, with only four points of contact to the floor, simplifies installation and inspection. Open design gives personnel clear access to the area below the machine, making cleanup fast and efficient. The intuitive color touch-screen user interface guides the operator quickly through product set-up and changeovers, maximizing uptime and simplifying training.
