Terra Universal’s electropolished Stainless Steel CleanSeam+™ Pass-Through has a unique, unitized internal design that is ideal for the most critical operations, including biopharmaceutical processes which often require an ISO 4 rating.

With optimal cleanliness as a priority, the easy-to-clean interior forgoes spot welded seams, internal cracks, or horizontal surfaces, such as non-isolated interlock systems, that could harbor contaminants. The automatic door interlock hardware operates to prevent both doors from being open simultaneously, and is isolated to preserve the aseptic environment. For external cleanliness and durability, CleanSeam+ Pass-Through stainless steel doors feature a seamless double-wall construction with static-dissipative PVC viewing windows. The Lift-Latch™ door mechanisms eliminate twisting and other metal-on-metal motions that wear parts and contribute to contamination. CleanSeam+ Pass-Throughs can be easily installed into most conventional walls.
