The DM200 and TM016 are machine monitoring devices. The DM200 is a dual-channel vibration device used to monitor case (seismic) vibration of rotating machinery in acceleration, velocity, or displacement. Its features include independent alert and danger relays for each channel, 4-20mA output for each channel, fully digital operation, IP65 and NEMA 4X environmental ratings, four-digit LED display, front panel buffered output, and a wide power supply range. The TM016 (shown here) is a velocity transmitter used to measure machine case vibration. It integrates the accelerometer, signal conditioner, and integrator in a compact unit. The 4-20mA output interfaces directly to any PLC or DCS Plant Control System for shutdown, alarm, and trending. Its features include loop powered output of 4-20mA, temperature range of -40°C to +120°C, buffered dynamic output of 100mV/g, stainless steel housing, reverse wiring protection, RFI and EMI immunity, 2 to 3,000 Hz frequency range, frequency filter options, numerous stud mounting options, CE approval, and CSA and ATEX certification. Applications include motors, engines, fans, chillers, mixers, conveyors, mills, turbines, gearboxes, turbochargers, pumps, compressors, blowers, and reciprocating compressors.
